Claremont Charter Bus Rentals for School Trips

With one search on Claremontcharterbuscompany.com, you get access to the widest selection of bus types in Southern California so you can ditch the bumpy old yellow school bus! Smaller academic decathlon teams and faculty groups love renting an 18-passenger minibus, 25-passenger minibus, or 35-passenger minibus for nimble trips through the Claremont Village, while entire grade levels can stretch out in a 56-passenger charter bus equipped with seat belts, climate control, WiFi, power outlets, flat-screen TVs, an onboard restroom, and undercarriage luggage bays for band instruments or gear. Celebrating a Greek life formal or senior grad night? You can also compare 15- to 50-passenger party buses and 11- to 14-passenger sprinter vans with a driver—you choose the bus that works for YOUR headcount and YOUR budget!

Through a network of independent California bus operators, we make it a breeze for high school counselors, college prep programs, and prospective student groups to tour the world-famous Claremont Colleges! Instead of splitting chaperones into a caravan of cars and hunting for scarce street parking along College Avenue or 6th Street, your group can ride together in air-conditioned comfort to visit Pomona College, Claremont McKenna College, Harvey Mudd College, Scripps College, and Pitzer College all in one seamless itinerary. Your driver can drop students off right near the Smith Campus Center on Columbia Avenue or outside the admissions offices along Mills Avenue and Dartmouth Avenue, then stage out of the way until your walking tour wraps up. Want to turn your trip into a multi-day Southern California college tour? Book a long-distance charter bus to head west on I-10 to UCLA, USC, or Caltech with one bus staying with your class the entire way!

Get a well-deserved break from driving and let a handle the roads for your next faculty retreat, school board conference, or teacher appreciation outing! Whether you’re taking your department up Mount Baldy Road for a scenic mountain planning retreat, organizing an employee shuttle for a district-wide development day at the Taylor Hall conference spaces, or treating teachers to an after-hours dinner at akawa / Whisper House in the historic Packing House district along W 1st Street, Claremontcharterbuscompany.com has your group covered. Your staff can relax in reclining seats, catch up on grading or emails using onboard WiFi and power outlets, or bond over music on a Bluetooth sound system on the way to conventions and workshops across Los Angeles and San Bernardino County. Even if your administration pulls together a staff appreciation day at the last minute, our network offers same-day bus rentals so you can get on the road fast.
